Serena Y. Cheng is an animator and illustrator who majored in 2D animation at Pratt Institute and just completed her thesis film.

Being from Hong Kong, she is particularly drawn to exploring themes of the digital world and dystopian cyberpunk futures in her work — an area that is central to her upcoming thesis project.

She also had the opportunity to study abroad during her junior year at the University of the Arts London, enriching her artistic perspective.
